Nourish
Helping provide specialised food and daily nourishment for vulnerable birds in sanctuary and rescue care.
Our Work
Movement with purpose.
Hope for every wing.
We turn movement, community and generosity into practical support for South Africa’s birds.
Through fundraising, events and partnerships, we help registered bird sanctuaries, rescue centres and rehabilitation centres continue their vital work.

Where Kindness Goes
Where every Feather can make a difference.
Heal
Contributing towards veterinary treatment, medication, emergency transport and the patient work of rehabilitation.
Shelter
Helping repair and create secure, enriching aviaries where rescued birds can recover with safety and dignity.
Turning Movement into a Mission
Move for those whose wings cannot yet carry them.
Sport is one of our most powerful platforms for change. On roads, trails, cycling routes and at community events, every kilometre creates visibility, every participant becomes a voice and every event opens a conversation about responsible bird ownership, rescue and rehabilitation.
Movement can take many forms—from running, cycling and gym challenges to padel, birdwatching, painting and creative community events such as Paint & Sip. We want everyone to find a way to move, create or gather for our birds.
Together, athletes, families, supporters, sponsors and animal lovers become one determined flock. Step by step, pedal stroke by pedal stroke and Feather by Feather, awareness becomes food, medicine, shelter and hope.
